About Dynamic

Co-founded by Michael Paccetti and Joseph Netrda in 2002, Dynamic Personal Training has been pleasing clients for more than two decades. Mike and Joe earned their stripes at the New York Sports Club, where their passion for fitness caused them to branch off and create their own venture.  Both owners are certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Joe Netrda

Joe Provides his clients with individualized training programs and nutritional counseling. His previous experience includes personal training at Gold's Gym and the New York Sports Club. One of Joe's core beliefs is that adopting a lifestyle of optimal nutrition along with a well-balanced progressive training program is essential to long-term success.

Mike Paccetti

Mike has extensive experience working with post rehab clients and athletes. In addition, Mike has completed numerous certifications such as Medical Exercise Specialist and is currently certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine

Felicia Baker-Carr

I see being strong and active as an integral component of overall health and wellness. I bring my teaching background into the world of training by helping both my one on one as well as small group clients understand the fundamentals of exercise and by assuring them that with a shared commitment I can help them reach their individual fitness goals. I seek to make exercise both challenging and fun and use a variety of fitness tools in order to keep my clients engaged in the workouts and wanting to come back for more! I am a certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and hold certifications in Pre natal/postpartum exercise, TRX and SBT training systems, Kettlebells, Spinning, and Small Group Training.

DAN HAYN

Dan is a graduate from the American Academy of Personal Training and completed a B.S. of Exercise Science from Hofstra University. With an athletic/outdoor sports background and a passion for hiking and obstacle racing, he incorporates a variety training methods into each exercise program. Dan’s experience as a personal trainer & small group instructor includes Blink Fitness, Major League Strength, GYMGUYZ, and Kinetic Sports Club.

Angela Gillen

Angela has been a NASM certified personal trainer for over 17 years. She has taught kickboxing classes, managed numerous fitness clubs and is CPR/AED Certified. Angela's passion has always been working one-on-one with people. She enjoys helping people move better and feel better. She tailors each program specifically to her clients needs. Some of her specialities include: Kickboxing, Pre/Post Natal, Kettlebells, Post Rehab, TRX & Weight Loss. Angela believes exercise should be fun and likes to mix things up.

Susan Papertsian

Susan is NASM-certified, with additional in-depth education and hands-on training from the Equinox Fitness Training Institute, and also has certifications in Kettle Bells, ViPR and pre/post-natal.She has experience working with men and women of all ages and fitness levels, with a special affinity for working with seniors. Susan enjoys hiking, and has found that weight training has increased her endurance for long, arduous hikes.

Frank Ortiz

Frank is Ace certified personal trainer and a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist. His extensive experience includes strength and conditioning, balance and stabilization, therapeutic massage, injury treatment, and neuromuscular stretch. Having over 12 years of experience working in the industry in Westchester County, Frank combines exercise and massage to increase strength and ease of movement as well as decrease pain related to sport-related injury.

Jeremy Corti

Jeremy has been certified as a fitness trainer with the I.S.S.A. since 2001 and has been in the fitness industry since 1999. During this time he has worked alongside and directly in association with doctors in the field of sports medicine to strength train and rehab college and professional athletes. His specialties include Post Physical Rehabilitation, Weight Training, Power Lifting, Plyometrics and Functional Training.
