Each class is a total body workout that begins with a proper warm-up, followed by elements of strength training, core training, flexibility, and balance. The exercises will be modified to the individual’s fitness level while providing a challenging, fun, and safe routine. Intensities vary during the 45-minutes to maximize calorie burning and muscular activation.
